How is a licence different to a lease?

Leases often involve a long-term commitment as well as a non-returnable premium to secure the space that you want. Our licence arrangements are much more flexible and we ask for no more than a one month commitment with no legal fees. We recognised that small media and creative businesses need this flexibility and an adaptable and supportive environment to encourage their growth.
