The Kent Innovation Centre offers professional conferencing facilities alongside reception serviced office space for 40 businesses.

The centre is owned and operated by Thanet District Council with the emphasis on playing a key role in aiding Thanet businesses to trade and grow in the area.

We have a variety of conference rooms for all occasions ranging from business seminars, film showing and exhibitions to club meetings.

Our office units are the perfect settings to run your growing business whether you are starting out or have an established client base as an existing company.

Margate Media Centre

Kent Innovation Centre’s sister centre Margate Media Centre is home to 8 offices ranging from 2 - 8 persons. The Centre is based in the cultural quarter of ‘Margate’s Old Town’ in a former banking centre. With the main conferencing suite in the old banking hall, tenants are all based on the upper levels with lift access available.
